Listen to 'Skipping', Eddie Vedder theme for a charity album

Starting Tuesday, will go on sale across the U.S. network of Starbucks volume 2012 of "Every Mother Counts", an album that will help raise funds towards the reduction of infant mortality. This initiative has been led by model Christy Turlington Burns and has been supported by artists from the size of Sting, Alanis Morrissette, Bono and The Edge and Eddie Vedder. The latter has contributed to this interesting compilation with an exciting item entitled 'Skipping' that retrieves the best acoustic side of Evanston. You can enjoy both the theme and its letter at the end of that entry.

For some time we needed to enjoy another great theme acoustic singer of Pearl Jam. "Ukulele Songs" left us somewhat gloomy (and more after us excited about the soundtrack for "Into The Wild") but this 'Skipping' has emerged as the perfect vehicle to stop to enjoy this great bridge.Enjoy it! Small news and we are most happy day.

Letra Eddie Vedder – Skipping:
Didn’t have to ask you, just took my hand
Off we went skipping throughout the land
The sky was blue and the blood filled my head
Me and you skipping throughout the land
All of my life from beginning to end
What I remember is holding your hand
And all that I’ll cherish is that time that we’ve spent
Me and you skipping throughout the land
All the loves lost and the one that I found
You lifted my gaze up off of the ground
Forever we’ll talk and forever we’ll drown
In each other skipping around
Gravity pulls so many men down
The atmosphere breathes but not in this town
You took me away and you held me so proud
Skipping, skipping around
And all the king’s horses and all the king’s men
Could not keep me from holding your hand
When all that I wanted was something to protect
And all that I needed was your voice in my head
And all I remember from this life that I lived
Is me and you skipping throughout the land
