From the look around the City Hall 25/07/2012:
"The most Jakobidult Mariahilfplatz begins on Saturday 28 July, with a "summer (at night) fixed." From 10 to 22, the clock Dultgäste to join strolling, shopping, watching and are invited. The program ranges from presentations on tours to music, singing and dancing.
